You receive the manufacturer warranty registered to your address - the warranty depends on the film build documented during application - plus our workmanship warranty in writing. The roof typically takes 4-6 days from pressure clean to final coat depending on weather, with no internal access required. We tarp gardens, clean up daily and provide a written photo report on completion.
