• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes or unforeseen issues are discovered during the job.
• Any additional costs will be discussed and approved by the customer before work proceeds.

4. Bookings & Appointments

• Appointments are confirmed upon mutual agreement of the date and time.
• We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Emergency services are available 24/7 and may incur after-hours rates.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of work unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards.
• Overdue payments may incur interest charges in accordance with applicable law.

6. Warranties & Guarantees

• All workmanship is guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months from the date of completion.
• Manufacturer warranties apply to all products and materials installed.
• Warranty claims must be reported to us promptly for assessment.
• Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party interference.

7. Licensing & Compliance

All work is performed in compliance with relevant Australian standards, building codes, and regulations. Our tradespeople hold the required licences and certifications for all services provided.

8. Liability

• Tradetek Solutions maintains comprehensive public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of re-performing the defective work or, at our discretion, refunding the amount paid for the defective work.
• We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by factors beyond our control, or consequential losses.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing safe and reasonable access to the work area
• Disclosing any known hazards (e.g., asbestos, structural issues)
• Ensuring required approvals or permits are obtained where applicable
• Providing accurate information about the work required
