3. Quotes & Pricing
- All quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes or unforeseen issues are discovered during the job.
- Any additional costs will be discussed and approved by the customer before work proceeds.
4. Bookings & Appointments
- Appointments are confirmed upon mutual agreement of the date and time.
- We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Emergency services are available 24/7 and may incur after-hours rates.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of work unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards.
- Overdue payments may incur interest charges in accordance with applicable law.
6. Warranties & Guarantees
- All workmanship is guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months from the date of completion.
- Manufacturer warranties apply to all products and materials installed.
- Warranty claims must be reported to us promptly for assessment.
- Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party interference.
7. Licensing & Compliance
All work is performed in compliance with relevant Australian standards, building codes, and regulations. Our tradespeople hold the required licences and certifications for all services provided.
8. Liability
- Tradetek Solutions maintains comprehensive public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of re-performing the defective work or, at our discretion, refunding the amount paid for the defective work.
- We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by factors beyond our control, or consequential losses.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing safe and reasonable access to the work area
- Disclosing any known hazards (e.g., asbestos, structural issues)
- Ensuring required approvals or permits are obtained where applicable
- Providing accurate information about the work required
