First visit priority is stop the water and make the roof safe. We tarp, seal lifted flashings, replace broken tiles from on-truck stock, clear blocked gutters and downpipes, and install temporary patches on Colorbond punctures. Where ceilings are bulging with water we relieve the load safely before structural collapse. Working at night and in wet weather is standard - we carry harnesses, anchor points, edge protection and 240V LED lighting on every emergency vehicle.

Sydney 2026 emergency pricing: after-hours callout from $290 (first hour on site, includes tarping materials for up to 25sqm), additional hours $145/hr, replacement tiles from $18 each installed, lifted ridge re-bedding from $480, temporary Colorbond sheet patches from $360. Once the roof is safe we document everything for your insurer: drone overview of the roof, close-up photos of every damaged area, written statement of cause (storm, hail, impact, age failure), itemised list of damaged components, and a quote for permanent repair. Most Sydney insurance assessors accept our reports without further inspection - we work regularly with IAG, Suncorp, QBE, Allianz and Youi panels.
